COURSE - How to take care of your spine?

Most of us currently work from home, we rarely go out and we have also limited our movement. The working environment at home is not ideal, we sit more than we used to and move less.

We have therefore decided to prepare for you a series of online movement sessions focused on the spine, which suffers either from improper posture, constant work at the computer or lack of movement.

Therefore, if you also feel a stiff back, shoulder or lower back pain, lack of movement and would like to treat yourself to care for your body in your home environment, join us and move your spine.

The better your body will be, the better your soul will be. In these times, maintaining physical and mental condition is very important.

Topics of individual meetings:

1. mobilization of the spine (27.4.) 2. stabilization of the spine (4.5.) 3. head and cervical spine (11.5.) 4. chest and shoulders (18.5.) 5. pelvis and legs (25.5.) 6. spine in everyday life (1.6.)

Our inspiration is dance and movement directions (e.g. contemporary dance, contact improvisation, martial arts, natural movement), neurology, rolfing - structural integration, feldenkrais, applied anatomy.

You will also be able to practice the exercises and assignments that we offer you. It is possible to participate in selected meetings or the entire series. Meetings are suitable for all age groups and regardless of previous experience with movement.
